This adapter allows you to install muzzle devices with a 24×1.5 mm 
thread, which are used on AK-based hunting carbines (Saiga-MK and other 
similar models) on AR-15 hunting carbines.
Now you can use the muzzle devices from AK-based hunting carbines for AR-15 hunting carbines.
