1. Where are you located?
We are located in Hollywood, FL
2. Are the products on your site located in the states?
Yes, all the products are shipped from Hollywood, FL.
3. Which shipping method do you use?
We use USPS priority.
4. How often do you ship?
We usually ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
5. My tracking still shows " Pre-Shipment" Status.
The USPS does this once in a while, it says pre-shipment and then it changes to delivered once it’s been delivered.
6. Can you ship outside the US?
Legally, we are not allowed to ship any accessories outside of the US.
7. Do you offer dealer pricing?

8. Do you accept returns ?
No, we do not accept returns. Unless there is a manufacturer defect. By placing an order you confirm that you have verified fitment with your firearm manufacturer.
9. I bought the wrong item or it doesn't fit.
All the AK/ AKM / AKSU / RPK parts and accessories we offer, are made based on soviet design (blueprints). It is your responsibility to confirm the fitment of that particular part or accessory.
10. How do I find out which part I need ?
There over 30 countries producing them with over 100 models available in different variations. We simply cannot tell nor guarantee if the part you wish to get will work. Thus, please, verify fitment with the manufacturer of your firearm.
